the hotel was perfect and nice, and the staff were polite, thoroughly enjoyed the incredible location very close to the top rates restaurants and a shopping center and the incredible montage kapalua bay, ku'uipo muscutt, amity mason photography, maverick events, and manutea nui e.

We returned to Montage after a great experience last year and were thrilled to find ourselves in the same apartment again. The location is stunning, with a beautiful pool where you can watch whales and dolphins while sipping a drink. The snorkeling just 100 yards away is one of the top 3 locations on earth. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the spa is gorgeous. The concierge can arrange any activity you desire, and the spacious condo units with full kitchens and balconies provide a luxurious stay. The live music by the pool is a lovely touch.

The room was modern and huge here with full kitchens, amazing views. Also, location was fantastic and amazing, at walking distance from a tranquil sand beach. The new area was good for family vacation.

The suite had a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with comfy seating and exceptional pool and sea views. The staff were super friendly and we made lots of friends. Nothing, all excellent.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the spacious and quiet rooms, the breathtaking view from the balcony, the friendly and helpful staff, and the live music by the pool. We loved having a complimentary umbrella and chairs at the beach. It was a perfect place for a family vacation or a couple's getaway.

The hotel's internet service was unreliable and slow, which made it difficult for me to work efficiently during my stay. Additionally, I found the noise level in my room to be distracting at times, which impacted my ability to focus on work.

My stay at Montage Kapalua Bay was absolutely incredible. The resort lived up to its reputation as one of the best hotels on the island. The facilities were well-maintained and luxurious, and the spa and gym were exceptional. The pool area was stunning, with multiple levels and hot tubs. The beach was also beautiful, and I even had the opportunity to swim with a sea turtle. The rooms were top-notch, rivaling penthouse condos in major cities. The dining options were delicious, and I regretted going off the property to eat. The service from most of the staff was amazing, and it felt like I was a part of the Montage Family.

I did have a negative experience with the beach staff. They were stuck up and rude, ruining the chance to fully enjoy the paradise that Montage Kapalua Bay offers.

The hotel had excellent facilities and was in close proximity to a secluded bay teeming with tropical fish. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and very clean.
